A Licorista et O Bacalhoeiro

  In the heart of Lisbon's Baixa district, on the historic Rua dos Sapateiros, lies a culinary institution that is as rich in history as it is in flavor: A Licorista O Bacalhoeiro . This celebrated restaurant offers a genuine taste of traditional Portuguese cuisine, with a special focus on the country's beloved codfish, or  bacalhau . The name itself tells a story of two historic establishments that merged into one.
